How to set it up

  1. Connect your QuickBooks Online company from Settings → Integrations.
  2. Map Joblinkers item categories to your chart of accounts (we suggest defaults).
  3. Pick the sync mode — live, daily, or manual reconciliation.

What it does

Push invoices, credit notes, and payments into Xero in real time. Customer records and tracking categories stay in lockstep with your jobs.

How to set it up

  1. Authenticate your Xero organisation in one OAuth click.
  2. Choose the bank account that should receive Joblinkers payments.
  3. Set the tax mode (GST/VAT inclusive or exclusive) and you are live.

What it does

Stripe powers card processing, ACH, refunds, and iPhone Tap-to-Pay inside the Joblinkers app. Deposits, partial payments, and subcontractor splits are reconciled to the job automatically.

How to set it up

  1. Open a Stripe account or connect an existing one with Express onboarding.
  2. Choose default surcharge behaviour and ACH availability.
  3. Hit the trial — your first payment can be on the next call.

What it does

How to set it up

  2. Pick the calendars you want sync from (and which to skip).
  3. Choose who can drag-rebook from inside Google itself.

How to set it up

  2. Pick a forwarding number from your existing line if you want to keep it.
  3. Enable call recording + transcripts (off by default, region-aware).

  3. Map your pricebook items to Home Depot SKUs — the importer suggests matches.
