These Terms of Service govern your use of the Joblinkers platform operated by Joblinkers Inc.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Joblinkers platform (including the website at joblinkers.com, mobile applications, and APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use the platform.
If you are using Joblinkers on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Description of Service
Joblinkers is an AI-powered field service management platform designed for service professionals. The platform includes:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Job scheduling and dispatch
- Estimates and invoicing
- Payment processing (via Stripe)
- AI assistant for conversational business operations
- AI voice receptionist for automated call handling
- AI-powered estimate generation
- Team management and time tracking
- Inventory management
- Reporting and analytics
- A marketplace connecting service professionals with customers
- Mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Third-party integrations (QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe, Google, Home Depot, and others)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Registration
To use Joblinkers, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy of your account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not create multiple accounts for the same person, share account credentials, or transfer your account to another party without our written consent.
Subscription & Billing
Joblinkers offers subscription plans with the following terms:
- Free Trial — New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with access to Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
- Pro Plan — $49/month, billed monthly or annually. Includes unlimited clients, scheduling, invoicing, and AI assistant access.
- Add-Ons — Optional features such as the AI Voice Receptionist are available as separate paid add-ons.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
User Conduct
You agree to use Joblinkers only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform without our written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or interfere with other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms.
SMS Communications — Joblinkers Alerts
Program Name: Joblinkers Alerts
Program Description: If you affirmatively opt in to Joblinkers Alerts by checking the optional SMS consent box during account registration, you agree to receive transactional SMS/text messages related to your Joblinkers account and business activity. These messages may include one-time verification codes, appointment reminders, new lead notifications, missed-call follow-ups, booking confirmations, status updates, payment confirmations, and account or billing alerts. Consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity and account usage.
- Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
- Text STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving SMS from Joblinkers.
- Text HELP to any message for support information, or contact us at support@joblinkers.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use the platform, but some features that rely on SMS (such as phone verification) may be unavailable. You can opt back in at any time by texting START or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. WhatsApp Business Messaging
Joblinkers provides AI receptionist functionality over the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. The terms in this section apply whenever you use the platform's WhatsApp features — whether through the shared Joblinkers WhatsApp sender or by connecting your own approved WhatsApp Business number.
Acknowledgment of Meta's Terms
By enabling WhatsApp messaging on your Joblinkers account, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are also bound by Meta's WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, as updated from time to time
- Joblinkers acts as a Tech Provider on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform; Meta operates the underlying messaging infrastructure
- Joblinkers uses Twilio as its Business Solution Provider (BSP) to route WhatsApp traffic between Joblinkers and Meta
Your Responsibilities
When using WhatsApp messaging through Joblinkers, you represent and warrant that you will:
- Obtain valid opt-in consent from each end-customer before initiating a business-initiated conversation or sending automated notifications, as required by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable local law
- Honor opt-out requests promptly, including any message containing the words STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or equivalent in the user's language
- Use approved Message Templates for any business-initiated message sent outside an active 24-hour customer-service window, and only use templates for the purpose for which they were approved
- Send messages only that relate to your legitimate business activity (appointment scheduling, service updates, payments, lead qualification, etc.) and never use Joblinkers' WhatsApp integration to send spam, mass marketing without consent, political content, or content that violates Meta's policies
- Not send content prohibited by the WhatsApp Commerce Policy, including (without limitation) regulated goods or services, illegal products, adult content, weapons, tobacco, alcohol delivery, gambling, or financial fraud
- Maintain accurate business information on your WhatsApp Business profile (legal business name, address, contact email, valid website)
- Comply with all applicable telecommunications, consumer protection, and data protection laws in every jurisdiction where you contact end-customers, including the TCPA in the United States, CASL in Canada, GDPR in the EU/EEA and UK, and analogous laws elsewhere
Suspension & Termination of WhatsApp Access
We may suspend, throttle, or terminate your access to WhatsApp messaging through Joblinkers, in whole or in part and without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that:
- You have violated this section, Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, or any applicable law
- Your messaging activity has caused or is likely to cause end-customer complaints, block-rate spikes, or a downgrade of our WhatsApp Business quality rating
- Meta or Twilio has flagged, restricted, suspended, or removed your number, your WhatsApp Business Account, or any related sender
- Continued use poses risk to other Joblinkers customers sharing the same infrastructure
Suspension of WhatsApp access does not affect the rest of your Joblinkers subscription unless your overall account is terminated under the Termination section below.
Service Availability & Delivery
WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure, your end-customer's device and connectivity, and intermediary networks. Joblinkers does not guarantee message delivery, delivery speed, read status, or session continuity, and is not liable for failures, delays, or outages attributable to Meta, Twilio, or other third-party providers. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to route messages correctly and to maintain a working WhatsApp integration.
End-Customer Data You Process Through WhatsApp
When you connect your own WhatsApp Business number to Joblinkers, you are the data controller for any personal information your end-customers share with you over WhatsApp, and Joblinkers acts as your data processor for that information. You are responsible for honoring your end-customers' data-subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out) and for routing any such requests to Joblinkers when our assistance is required. Our handling of this data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No Endorsement by Meta
Joblinkers is an independent Tech Provider. Nothing in our use of WhatsApp Business Platform constitutes an endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation between Meta Platforms, Inc. and Joblinkers Inc. beyond the Tech Provider relationship described in Meta's policies.
Intellectual Property
The Joblinkers platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Joblinkers Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform.
You retain full ownership of your business data, customer information, and content that you enter into or upload to the platform.
User Data & Content
By using Joblinkers, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the platform. We will not use your business data for any purpose other than delivering the service to you.
You are responsible for the customer data you enter into the platform. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to store and process their personal information through Joblinkers, and that your use of the platform complies with all applicable privacy laws.

AI Features Disclaimer
Joblinkers incorporates artificial intelligence features including an AI assistant, AI voice receptionist, and AI-powered estimate generation. These features are designed to assist you in managing your business, but they are tools — not substitutes for professional judgment.
- AI-generated estimates, recommendations, and responses may contain errors and should always be reviewed before being sent to customers or used for business decisions
- The AI voice receptionist handles calls based on your configuration and training data, but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy in all conversations
- AI features rely on third-party services (including OpenAI) and may be subject to interruptions or changes outside our control
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all communications and documents sent to your customers, whether generated by AI or manually
Joblinkers is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
Third-Party Integrations
Joblinkers integrates with various third-party services including Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero, Google Calendar, Home Depot, Twilio, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), and others. When you connect a third-party integration:
- You do so at your own discretion and are subject to that third party's terms of service and privacy policy
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services
- We are not liable for any losses caused by interruptions, errors, or changes to third-party services
- You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time through your account settings
Marketplace Terms
The Joblinkers Marketplace connects service professionals with customers seeking home services. The marketplace is a supplementary feature and is subject to the following terms:
- Lead credits are included with subscription plans and may be used to respond to customer requests
- We do not guarantee the volume, quality, or conversion rate of leads received through the marketplace
- Leads are distributed based on factors such as service type, location, availability, and plan tier
- You are responsible for all interactions with customers obtained through the marketplace
- We reserve the right to modify the marketplace, lead pricing, and credit allocation at any time
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joblinkers Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Joblinkers during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joblinkers Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the platform
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Any data or content you submit to the platform
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the platform is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will remain available for export for thirty (30) days following termination. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will remain in effect after termination.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Effective" date. For significant changes, we may also send you an email notification or display a notice within the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
