- Better — replacement plus a 12-month preventive plan, two tune-ups bundled, on-call dispatch priority.
- Best — full system upgrade, financing line, 5-year parts-and-labor warranty, priority emergency dispatch.
- Include: scope of work, exclusions, assumptions, payment schedule, expiry, and a signature line.

- Header: company name, license number, contact, customer name + service address.
- Body: itemised labor and materials with quantity, unit price, and totals.
- Footer: subtotal, tax, total due, payment terms (net 0 / net 7), and accepted payment methods.
- Tip: include a photo of completed work and the customer signature inline so disputes settle in your favour.
Service-call checklist
